Reserve Selling Spot – Mehlville Baby Mania

The event will be held rain or shine on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. (early bird shopping 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.) until 12:30 p.m. on the Mehlville High School parking lot. Hundreds of customers make this event a recurring shopping trip, and with social media’s help, it has been attracting more and more customers! Make sure you register early to reserve your spot(s) because we SELL OUT quickly!

To secure your spot, just fill out the registration form and submit $40 per selling spot (two parking spots, approximately 200 ft²) via one of the payment methods listed below. If payment is not received within 2 weeks of registration submission, your spot will be released.

All fees are nonrefundable. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests for specific spots will not be honored. If you are requesting to be placed next to another vendor, both registrations MUST make note of that.

Please remember, no home-based, craft/homemade or retail businesses are allowed to participate. Due to size and weight restrictions, only residential vehicles and their trailers will be allowed on the Mehlville High School parking lot, but they must be moved by 6:45 a.m.

This year, in an attempt to avoid the traffic congestion, we will be assigning arrival times which will be included in your confirmation/space assignment email.

A confirmation letter will be E-MAILED approximately two weeks after your registration and payment has been received and a space assigned the week of the event. Please note that this system is not automated and run by volunteers.
